JENNY GOULD is a stress management consultant, clinical hypnotherapist, trainer, business and life coach. She has worked with people from all walks of life, including senior business people, celebrities and those in the media.

Jenny is also a speaker, broadcaster and writer, appears regularly as a media stress expert on Central TV and has created a series for BBC radio called ' Getting more of what you want from life’. Jenny appears monthly as BBC Radio Oxford’s resident Agony Aunt and has featured as guest lecturer on the Queen Mary 2. Jenny is also a trainer with Relate and a former National Childbirth Trust ante-natal teacher.

Her company, The STP Consultancy , offers a complete stress management service to companies and organisations of all sizes. Jenny is an active member of the International Stress Management Association, one of the bodies working closely with the Health and Safety Executive on the important issue of work- related stress. She has spent many years in senior management in the corporate sector, and has comprehensive experience in the management and development of individuals and teams.

Jenny runs her hypnotherapy  and coaching  practise in Oxford at the Raleigh Park Clinic  and Summertown Clinic.  Having a life-long interest in personal development , she helps her clients identify what makes them tick and what might be holding them back from living the life they want. They learn to clarify their values, dreams and ambitions. They grow in self-confidence and with renewed motivation they focus on the action needed to achieve their goals.

Jenny has produced two very successful CDs: “Relax now: simple powerful relaxation exercises for busy people”, and “Life Coaching to New Horizons” both rated 5* on Amazon, and is currently working on her book “Confidence Tricks”.

As a speaker, Jenny is lively, warm and engaging. Passionate about people and their potential she seeks to encourage and motivate others to believe in themselves, whatever their age or circumstances, and to get the very best out of life. Jenny’s talks are thought provoking, inspiring and entertaining.

Living close to the Thames in Abingdon (with her husband and two westie terriers), Jenny has 4 grown up children and 2 step-daughters. She has travelled extensively, both as a child and adult, and for both work and pleasure. Other hobbies include historical re-enactment, walking the dogs, cinema, theatre, music and almost any social activity!
